Located at the Karl Bremmer Hospital new office development in Bellville, Cape Town. A terraced landscape design proposal with free forms evocative of eroded Cape Granite outcrops, and a detention pond system interwoven into the different levels, was decided upon. The design focused on the creation of intimate outdoor spaces for the users of the office building. The proposal also includes two roof gardens spilling out from the first and second stories. Concept design and tender documentation is being undertaken in 2014.
